How cancellations, payments, and refunds are handled for NAYRAX services and project engagements.
NAYRAX delivers custom software development, bespoke UI/UX engineering, and cloud architecture services. Because our work involves dedicated engineering hours, intellectual property creation, and custom technical labor, our cancellation and refund terms reflect work delivered and resources consumed.
Unlike off-the-shelf mass-market physical products, NAYRAX creates tailor-made software solutions engineered specifically around each client's unique operational model. Consequently, refund eligibility depends strictly on:
Websites, progressive web applications, software systems, and AI workflows are structured as milestone-based projects. Work begins only after mutual project scope agreement, technical discovery, and receipt of any agreed commencement deposit.
Initial deposits secure studio sprint capacity, dedicated developer time, and initial architecture planning. Advance deposits are not automatically refundable upon request; refund eligibility depends strictly on whether sprint preparation or technical discovery has already started.
Milestone Settlement Principle
Payments made for completed, delivered, or approved milestone stages (such as completed design prototypes, approved wireframes, completed database schemas, or production codebases) are strictly non-refundable.
Once a milestone deliverable is formally reviewed and signed off by the client, the corresponding fee represents finalized commercial compensation for professional services rendered.

Fees paid directly or through NAYRAX to third-party vendors are governed entirely by the refund policies of those respective providers:
• Domain Registrations: Domain registration fees paid to ICANN registrars (e.g., Namecheap, Cloudflare, GoDaddy) are generally non-refundable once registered under registry rules. Even if a project is discontinued, the domain remains registered in the client's name for the registered tenure according to our domain ownership principle.
• Cloud Servers & SSL Certificates: Cloud hosting allocations, dedicated IP addresses, and commercial SSL certificates once issued by certification authorities cannot be refunded.
• Third-Party Licenses & APIs: Commercial plugin licenses, font licenses, or API usage credits purchased for the project are non-refundable.

To submit a formal cancellation or refund request, email our finance desk at nayraxindia@gmail.com with the following details:
1. Full Name & Organization: Legal name and client entity.
2. Project Identifier: Statement of Work (SOW) or invoice reference number.
3. Invoice Date & Amount: Date and transaction reference.
4. Reason for Request: Clear, concise explanation of the cancellation circumstance.
Security Warning: Do not publicly send credit card numbers, CVVs, or online banking passwords over email.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original source bank account or payment channel utilized for the initial payment. Processing timelines depend on the banking network and payment gateway provider.
NAYRAX reserves the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically. Continued engagement of our studio after revisions have been posted indicates acceptance of updated terms.
